NBS REAL ESTATE LLC was founded in 2007 by father and son team, Tim Smith and Kevin Smith. The first location was just a small three room office suite near the corner of 11 Mile Rd and Little Mack in St. Clair Shores. Tim and Kevin brought with them many years of experience handling residential real estate.
During the down turn of the market, they were handling a large inventory of bank owned, foreclosure properties for several different banks and asset management companies. They also became highly involved with marketing home for people who needed help getting out from under troubling financial situations their home were putting them in. At the peak of foreclosure activity, NBS relocated to Shelby Township just downwind from the smell of cider and donuts coming from Yate’s Cider Mill. The close proximity to the bike paths enabled Tim and Kevin to give back by participating in 300 mile bike ride for their favorite charity, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan.
NBS Real Estate is now in beautiful downtown Rochester, MI on Main St. They handle all real estate buying, selling, and leasing needs for residential, commercial, and vacant land.
